Water Aerobics:  45 minutes of vigorous exercises in the competition pool involving walking, running, and jogging in shallow water (Instructors: Pat Ortkiese, Martha Cessna) (Pool)

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills (Instructor: Pat Ortkiese) (Conference Room)

Zumba®: Dance to hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that create a dynamic and exciting fitness system (Instructors: JoJo Jarvis, Marsha Greenwood) (Dance Studio/Gym)

Zumba® Toning: Dance to rhythms using weighted toning equipment (Instructor: JoJo Jarvis) (Cycling Room)

Hot Roomba: Dance to rhythms in a room with a slightly elevated temperature (92°) (Instructor: Laci Suttle) (Dance Studio)

Butts and Guts: Enhance your athletic performance and fitness level with this method of muscle strength and explosiveness (Instructor: Kenya Smith) (Cycling Room)

Yoga: A gentle class offering relaxing stretches and strengthening exercises to increase balance and flexibility (Instructors: Peggie Stewart, Martha Cessna) (Dance Studio)

Heated Tranquility: A gentle class offering stretches to increase flexibility in an elevated temperature (105°) (Instructor: Kenya Smith)(Dance Studio/Cycling Room)

Indoor Cycling: 45 minutes of cycling and simulating outdoor conditions while improving cardiovascular strength and endurance, limited to only 10 people, must sign up (Instructors: Lori Cobb, Jenny Dennis) (Cycling Room)

Cheerleading*: Children ages 5-14 can learn gymnastic skills and cheerleading routines while strengthening muscles and having fun (Instructor: Whitney Sullivan) (Racquetball Court/Gym/Conference Room)
